Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with strong regulatory reporting experience to map counterparty data for internal monitoring and external regulatory reporting such as LEF and SCCL.
The role involves learning LEF risk concepts, creating mapping logic, coordinating with IT for requirements, and managing test planning, UAT, and production migrations across global teams.
The Business Analyst must have work experience in regulatory reporting and be familiar with RBC Capital Markets products, including Loans, Deposits, Nostro/Vostro, as well as client data domains such as Client Data Repository (CDR), Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Know Your Client (KYC), and booking data such as Booking Data Repository (BDR).
The project will work closely with teams in Asia, and working hours will be extensive. The candidate may be required to join calls in the early morning and late evening to accommodate time zone differences.
Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills.
The Business Analyst's responsibilities will include understanding counterparty credit exposure measurement for various products, mapping source data to internal monitoring and reporting (e.g., Counterparty Concentration Report), external regulatory reporting (e.g., Large Exposure Framework (LEF) and Single Counterparty Credit Limit (SCCL)), and supporting production-related activities.
The BA will primarily create mapping logic for counterparty credit exposure reporting, develop requirements documentation, and liaise with IT developers to communicate requirements. The role will also involve planning and coordinating user testing, coordinating implementation and migration activities, and providing written and verbal project status updates to the project leadership team and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.85/hour - $40.39/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
