Responsibilities
- Source and build a pipeline of candidates
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job specifications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Conduct cold calls and emails as required
- Perform and synthesize research to be used in modelling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support the delivery of surveys and assessments that are targeted and meaningful to address clients’ key business issues and priorities
- Prepare draft presentations and documents for meetings, workshops and other needs
- Regularly update internal and external documentation
- Communicate with different parties such as clients and other advisors
- Comfort combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve business problems
- Conduct and deliver surveys and assessments that are targeted and meaningful to address clients’ key business issues and priorities
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Execute transactions and support the team’s deal origination activities and development
- Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure the needs of the client have been met
- And other duties as requested by management in relation to the delivery of our company mission
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
- Related experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
