Position Overview

Compugen is seeking a Business Analyst for a 2-year contract working on-site. You will collaborate with Project Managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), third-party vendors, deployment teams, and the Application Management Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead business transformation projects.
2. Apply a business analysis framework for success.
3. Document Business Process and Workflow Models (As-Is and To-Be).
4. Document use cases based on business process and workflow models.
5. Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures effectively.
6. Elicit, document, manage, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Analyze business requirements and translate into business rules.
8. Define and scope the business problem or opportunity and identify solutions and/or alternatives.
9. Verify that solutions meet requirements and evaluate benefits and costs.
10. Identify risks, issues, and assumptions related to solutions and contribute to risk management.
11. Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solutions that meet user needs and integrate into the GOS architecture.
12. Act as a liaison between technical teams and SMEs.
13. Research, develop, and recommend new approaches and technological solutions for data and integration services.
14. Create and document feasibility studies, business cases, technical assessments, RFX requirements, project charters, manuals, policies, processes, and procedures.
15. Manage a testing plan to ensure the end product supports business processes.
16. Coordinate and execute test scripts, utilizing formal testing methodologies.
17. Perform as Test Lead, guiding SMEs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
18. Ensure quality assurance regarding data accuracy and integrity.
19. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
20. Prepare and deliver presentations.
21. Conduct organizational readiness activities to prepare the business for change.
22. Develop training materials and facilitate training for technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in organizational readiness activities.
• Experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
• Technical background with ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience in preparing project documents such as testing plans, use cases, and user stories.
• Ability to define scope, business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Experience in testing strategies and leading UAT processes.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is an asset.

Mandatory

• CBAP certification.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on business transformation projects.
