Position Overview
Compugen is seeking a Business Analyst for a 2-year contract working on-site. You will collaborate with Project Managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), third-party vendors, deployment teams, and the Application Management Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business transformation projects.
- Apply a business analysis framework for success.
- Document Business Process and Workflow Models (As-Is and To-Be).
- Document use cases based on business process and workflow models.
- Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures effectively.
- Elicit, document, manage, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and translate into business rules.
- Define and scope the business problem or opportunity and identify solutions and/or alternatives.
- Verify that solutions meet requirements and evaluate benefits and costs.
- Identify risks, issues, and assumptions related to solutions and contribute to risk management.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solutions that meet user needs and integrate into the GOS architecture.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and SMEs.
- Research, develop, and recommend new approaches and technological solutions for data and integration services.
- Create and document feasibility studies, business cases, technical assessments, RFX requirements, project charters, manuals, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage a testing plan to ensure the end product supports business processes.
- Coordinate and execute test scripts, utilizing formal testing methodologies.
- Perform as Test Lead, guiding SMEs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure quality assurance regarding data accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Conduct organizational readiness activities to prepare the business for change.
- Develop training materials and facilitate training for technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in organizational readiness activities.
- Experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
- Technical background with ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Experience in preparing project documents such as testing plans, use cases, and user stories.
- Ability to define scope, business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Experience in testing strategies and leading UAT processes.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is an asset.
Mandatory
- CBAP certification.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on business transformation projects.
