Job summary

BrokerLink is seeking a versatile and high-performing Business Analyst Level II to join the ePMO and work on a permanent FT basis from Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic Region. You will gather requirements, analyze data, document processes, and translate needs into technical specs for delivery teams.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will support project lifecycle activities, testing, and post-deployment support while driving continuous improvement and change management across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze complex data sources and provide actionable recommendations.
• Document current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and user stories for development.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and others throughout the project lifecycle.
