Skills Required:

• Motivated and able to work independently, leading requirements gathering and workflow design sessions
• Strong written communication skills, experience in writing technical requirements and creating data flow diagrams
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics
• Experience as a Scrum Master; Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Assertive, with the willingness to follow up on blockers and dependencies
