Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements for digital commerce and CPQ initiatives. You will translate business needs into detailed user stories, collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams, and support quoting workflows across platforms.

The role emphasizes strong BA fundamentals, stakeholder management, and agile delivery within a distributed team environment. Fully remote/work-from-anywhere arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in consulting or technology environments.
• Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Experience working with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing logic workflows.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and functional requirements.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across distributed/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.

• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies if applicable.
• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout delivery.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

This role will focus heavily on e-commerce, quoting workflows, and business process analysis within a complex digital transformation environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong BA fundamentals with hands‑on experience supporting CPQ (configure price quote) logic and digital commerce implementations. You should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and collaborating closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams.
