Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced information systems analyst to work on hybrid engagements in Calgary. The role involves gathering client requirements, documenting specifications, and designing IT solutions to meet business needs.

You'll assess security risks, implement lifecycle policies, and collaborate with clients after deployment to ensure ongoing success. A Bachelor’s degree and related IT background are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of information systems and business analysis is preferred.
• Experience with DevOps practices and Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify requirements and document them.
• Design, develop and implement information systems to meet business needs.
• Evaluate security risks to data, software, and hardware.
• Develop and implement policies across the software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with clients post-implementation for ongoing support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

TASKS

• Confer with clients to identify requirements
• Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
• Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
• Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
• Resolve conflict situations
• Robotic process automation
• Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
