SearchLabs is seeking a senior Business Analyst to provide functional and technical support for new and existing applications in a hybrid environment requiring 3 days in‑office in Markham, Ontario.

You will document processes, prepare UAT, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements while collaborating across multiple projects. A minimum of 7 years in technical business analysis and strong communication are essential, with a proactive approach to learning and change management.

Job description

This hybrid (3 days in‑office) role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for new and existing applications. Responsibilities include documenting processes and requirements, preparing UAT, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of technical business analysis experience, be motivated to learn new technologies, possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication. Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, understand change management processes, and apply sound knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology. Self‑initiated improvement initiatives are expected.

Compensation ranges from $70/hr to $95/hr. The role includes performance bonus and retirement savings plan.
