Assignment: Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 per week

Salary: $110,526 to $122,694

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in the use of the various Business Intelligence solutions of the portfolio and support users.
  • Assess system support problems and take corrective actions.
  • Develop and update access procedures, functional specification documentation and training materials.
  • Train the “super users” community.
  • Assist with research and analysis of current system capacities and participate in development of technological solutions.
  • Implement changes and updates by developing functional specifications and by designing, effecting and coordinating implementation of changes.
  • Analyze new projects and requests and prepare recommendations.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a similar position, in application development or business intelligence (Web development, Object Oriented development, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent, etc).
  • Knowledge of enterprise level software systems. AVEVA PI and SAP Cloud Analytics.
  • Experience in project management using a structured and collaborative approach in an application development and support environment.
  • Experience in providing support and training to users on systems.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Championing customer needs in a proactive manner.
  • Fluent in English and French, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
  • Valid Class G (ON) or Class 5 (QC) driver’s license and insurable driving record.
