  • Document requirements into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) with traceability through development and testing.
  • Translate Requirements into a Software/System Requirements Specification (SRS) describing the system's requirements in detail for the development team.
  • Translate high-level requirements into user stories for consumption by the development team, ensuring new stories and features are added iteratively to the product development cycle.
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM): Linking requirements to their source, design components, and test cases, ensuring coverage and facilitating impact analysis for changes.
  • Recommend and accept trade-offs during project design and implementation, ensuring that the consequences of decisions are well understood by all stakeholders.
