The Central Agencies Cluster is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to deliver comprehensive I&IT analysis and support complex business and technology initiatives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to identify needs, document requirements, build business cases, and propose effective technology solutions. The role emphasizes process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience developing business strategies and conducting business process re-engineering.
• Strong experience preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
• Experience with business functional modelling, business event modelling, and business process mapping.
• Demonstrated experience with GUI, user interface design, and mockups, preferably using Balsamiq.
• Experience with JAD sessions, UML, and CASE tools.
• Experience documenting system functional requirements in collaboration with business and development teams.
• Experience developing business cases, screen designs, business process models, Privacy Impact Assessments, Threat Risk Assessments, and logical architecture artifacts.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Architecture.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
• Develop performance measures and requirements traceability matrices.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and other project documentation.
• Ensure alignment with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture, and applicable development standards.
