Position Overview

The role of the Business Analyst on the Partner Automation & Analytics Team is to work with business stakeholders to contribute to Go-To-Market Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning requirements with program objectives, driving Partner Compensation and analytical KPIs, and ensuring quality delivery to production. You will collaborate with teams to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives and support more experienced business analysts in delivering tasks/activities.

Responsibilities

1. Analyzing Complex business problems: Identify and understand business problems related to processes by gathering data, conducting research, and applying analytical techniques to gain insights.

2. Being a liaison: Facilitate communication between Business Stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and third-party vendors. Ensure business needs are understood and translated into actionable requirements.

3. Contributing throughout the project lifecycle: Participate from requirements gathering through UAT, collaborating with team members, business analysts, architects, and product managers. Lead the delivery of requirements, test plans, and scripts, aligning on testing approach to facilitate UAT.

4. Promote understanding: Help align requirements with program objectives by understanding stakeholder needs, facilitating discussions, and documenting requirements, use cases, and process flows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system implementation
• Knowledge of process improvement and software development methodologies
• Experience with Sales Performance Management systems (Forma.AI, Oracle, Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly), Jira, SFDC, SFDC CPQ, or SAP S/4 is a plus
