SNDL is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business processes and technology, focusing on Dynamics 365 F&O and ERP optimization. You will analyze processes, define requirements, and support system enhancements while aligning with the company’s digital transformation strategy.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive automation initiatives, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions across multiple locations.
Reporting to the ERP Manager, the Business Analyst will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role will analyze business processes, define requirements, support Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, automation, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. The Business Analyst will help deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support SNDL’s business objectives and digital transformation strategy.

Targeted Compensation - $84,000 - $86,000
