The Strategic Services Branch within the Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support business intelligence, data analytics, and evidence-based decision-making across the Ministry.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in advancing the ministry's Business Intelligence (BI) strategy. Working closely with business areas, technical teams, and external partners, you will support reporting and analytics initiatives and help ensure BI solutions meet organizational needs.
You will act as the bridge between business and technology, facilitating requirements gathering, change management, project planning, and solution implementation to deliver meaningful information that supports planning, operations, and strategic decision-making.
