Hours per Day: 7.25
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:15 – 16:30 Alberta time
Note:Resource will require own equipment.

Must HavesMeets one of the following:
- A university degree in business, management, or a related discipline, along with Business Analyst (BA) experience – 2 years
- A 2-year diploma in business, management, or a related discipline, along with BA experience – 4 years
- A one-year certificate in business, management, or a related discipline, along with 5 years of BA experience
- BA experience – 6 years
Work Experience- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications in an enterprise IT environment.
- 3 years of experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications for complex engagements.
- 5 years of experience facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions.
- 3 years of experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries or departments.
- 5 years of experience in written and verbal communication, including drafting strategic business and technical documentation.
Nice to Have- 5 years of experience facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience developing project documents for various initiatives, including strategic planning, business improvement, and information technology projects.
- 5 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- 2 years of experience working in or for the public sector.
- 4 years of experience working on projects with evolving priorities, timelines, or requirements.
- 1 year of experience working within an agile development environment
