Must Haves
Meets one of the following:

• A university degree in business, management, or a related discipline, along with Business Analyst (BA) experience – 2 years
• A 2-year diploma in business, management, or a related discipline, along with BA experience – 4 years
• A one-year certificate in business, management, or a related discipline, along with 5 years of BA experience
• BA experience – 6 years

Work Experience

• 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications in an enterprise IT environment.
• 3 years of experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications for complex engagements.
• 5 years of experience facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions.
• 3 years of experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries or departments.
• 5 years of experience in written and verbal communication, including drafting strategic business and technical documentation.

Nice to Have

• 5 years of experience facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders.
• 5 years of experience developing project documents for various initiatives, including strategic planning, business improvement, and information technology projects.
• 5 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• 2 years of experience working in or for the public sector.
• 4 years of experience working on projects with evolving priorities, timelines, or requirements.
• 1 year of experience working within an agile development environment
