Your main responsibilities
  • Coordinate and verify building structure projects for various sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural, residential).
  • Participate in surveys of existing conditions, preparation of plans on Revit, drafting specifications, cost evaluation, and work supervision.
  • Assist in budget estimates and work schedules for assigned projects.
  • Work closely with engineers to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Layout, design, and create mock-ups.
  • Draft reports, cost estimates, and other project documents.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients during projects.
  • Provide technical assistance during construction.
Your profile
  • Completion of a vocational diploma in structure-oriented building design or a college diploma in architectural technology or civil engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in building structure or similar projects.
  • Fluency in French, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite and REVIT software.
  • Excellent adaptability, flexibility, communication skills, personal organization, and problem-solving abilities.
