Key Responsibilities: technical quality, standards, and team progression

• Validate and correct plans and deliverables produced by the technical drawing team before production.
• Ensure the consistent application of applicable standards and strengthen the compliance level of the files.
• Guide intermediate engineers through close technical supervision and concrete coaching on structural issues.
• Perform structural calculations when required and intervene directly in technical validations.
• Standardize technical practices to increase the consistency of methods and the quality of deliverables.
