QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Building Operator, Level 2 in Vancouver. You will join a building operations team to maintain HVAC and mechanical systems, assist with environmental and safety programs, and respond to tenant service requests in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a 4th Class Power Engineer and 3+ years in commercial high-rise operations, with MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license. It is a full-time on-site position with a competitive salary package.

The Building Operator, Level 2 may be a sole operator of a building of moderate size and level of complexity as it relates to building systems and tenant demands. The Building Operator, Level 2 will report to the Operations Supervisor.
