We are looking for a highly motivated Building Operator to join our Operations team in Vancouver. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting building equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. With a customer service focused mindset, you will also ensure all tenant and operation teams' requests are completed in a timely manner.
For this position specifically, the annualized base salary range is $68,000 - $78,000 Plus Bonus . You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award which may include Short-term Incentive, benefits, and/or retirement savings plan - details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
The base salary that is ultimately offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill set.
