OMERS / Oxford Properties Group is seeking a building operations professional in Vancouver to monitor HVAC systems, water treatment, and preventative maintenance within a Class A office/retail complex. The role requires at least one year of technical experience and a 4th Class Power Engineering Certification.

For this position specifically, the annualized base salary range is $68,000 - $78,000 Plus Bonus. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award which may include Short-term Incentive, benefits, and/or retirement savings plan – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters. The base salary that is ultimately offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set.
