Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Building Operator for Yorkdale Shopping Centre. You will monitor HVAC, life safety, and BAS systems, ensuring efficiency and responsive tenant service. The role includes water treatment, preventative maintenance, and coordinating with contractors.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of building operations experience, BES Class I certification, and the ability to lift 25 lb and climb ladders. Shift includes 12-hour days and weekends.

We are looking for a highly motivated Building Operator to join our Operations team at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting building equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. With a customer service focused mindset, you will also ensure all tenant and operation teams’ requests are completed in a timely manner.
Expected hourly range: $26.00/hr to $32.00/hr.
