You are a team-oriented professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service to clients and tenants. You are organized, proactive, and experienced in managing daily building operations, including water treatment testing and the oversight of HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, pneumatic systems, and DDC systems. You respond promptly to tenant requests and take pride in providing excellent service. Given the unique nature of our properties, you may be called upon to lead or participate in specialized initiatives and projects. This role may also require emergency response training and support across multiple locations. You build positive working relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, willingly share your expertise, and collaborate effectively to ensure operational excellence. You work independently with minimal supervision and bring your technical expertise to a hardworking and customer-focused team.

Approximate Salary Range: $67,629 - $70,844
