This position is for a Building Operator at Bloor & Islington Place - Etobicoke, Toronto.About the roleYou are a phenomenal teammate who consistently delivers top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing, supervising HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and building automation systems. You respond promptly to occupant requests and are always responsive. You will also have the opportunity to work with capital improvement projects and continue to learn and grow within a collaborative working environment.
- You are comfortable working with technology and look for innovative ways to improve the process.
- You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group. You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.
What You'll Bring- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Successful completion of the Building Environment Systems Operator Class 1& 2
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-critical tasks.
- Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours.
