The position requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent, plus knowledge of building systems and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and physical fitness are needed; on-site work with union benefits is provided.

Working within busy School environments, perform a variety of assigned Facility Maintenance tasks including scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled demand maintenance events. Apply knowledge, skills, and experience to work with the operations team and be able to work independently.
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Start times may vary, and end times may extend based on operational needs. After the training period, this role will participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage.

Pay Rate: $31.02 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
