Job summary

Impact Cleaning Services is seeking a Building Operator to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our building and facilities. You will ensure all systems function efficiently, and that the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained for residents, tenants, and visitors.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead Cleaning Leads and Staff, perform routine inspections, address deficiencies, coordinate with third-party vendors, and participate in custodial duties and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building operations or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine daily property inspections and document findings.
• Address deficiencies and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Ensure lights, washrooms, executive offices are maintained.
• Coordinate with the CS Manager and third-party vendors.
• Participate in custodial housekeeping and assist with large packages.
• Support safety and access control initiatives.
