Position Details

BUILDING MANAGER SUPERVISOR - RESIDENT

Hourly Rate: $33.21

Primary Function

Functions as a member of the Regional Property Management team to provide effective tenant relations and building management services to multiple sites.

Job Duties and Tasks

• Provide tenant relations and building management services.
• Participate in formulating and implementing site-specific programs.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
• Facilitate delivery of contracted services on-site.
• Inspect work, redirect contractors, and report deviations.
• Direct staff, plan, organize, and schedule work.
• Ensure work standards and deadlines are met.
• Perform staff evaluations and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular inspections and arrange repairs/maintenance.
• Maintain records related to work orders, issues, inventory, and assist in procurement.
• Coordinate with contractors and respond to emergencies and resident inquiries.
• Serve notices related to tenancy and arrears.
• Exercise interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Perform all duties of a Building Manager Resident or Non-Resident as required.
