Qualifications

• Previous maintenance/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
• References satisfactory per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and maintenance coordination.
• Support tenant relations and handle administrative duties.
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance in plumbing and electrical.
• Maintain resident safety and respond to emergencies.
• Show vacant suites to prospective residents and collect rents.
