Eden Valley Poultry Incorporated is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you are responsible for general building maintenance functions, maintenance repairs, upkeep, and plant start-up requirements. As the Building Maintenance Worker, you will perform general building repairs, you will :

• Identify and recommend preventive maintenance requirements for the building and basic equipment.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems.
• Maintain a service log to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with snow removal and ground maintenance, when required.
• Ensure and enforce compliance to all company and legislated safety policies and procedures. Requirements :
• Must be able to work Sunday-Thursday-3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm
• A high school diploma, Grade 12 or equivalent.
• One year of related maintenance / operations experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and HVAC electrical / mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of construction materials and basic power tools.
