Job summary

Alpine Janitorial(Kenora) Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our on-site team in Kenora. You will supervise workers, perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and coordinate major repairs with tradespersons.

Responsibilities include ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and assisting skilled tradespersons. A WHMIS certificate and a First Aid certificate are required, with 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• On-site work at a physical location with no remote option.
• Ability to supervise other workers and assist skilled tradespersons.
