The building maintenance attendant is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of buildings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure basic maintenance and the proper functioning of various systems such as electricity, heating, plumbing, piping, air conditioning, ventilation, and compressors.
• Carry out minor renovations and repairs such as painting, plastering, plumbing, ceramics, and carpentry.
• Repair and maintain buildings and facilities on a daily basis.
• Ensure the interior and exterior maintenance of buildings, grounds, and parking lots.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
