Job summary

Building Maintenance Attendant role in Montreal with Tidan Hospitality and Real Estate Group. Full-time position requiring bilingual FR/EN and a focus on keeping the facility in excellent condition.

Under supervision of the Maintenance Director, you will perform repairs, plastering, painting, light electrical tasks, exterior sealants, and ensuring high-quality workmanship while meeting schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• Bilingualism in French and English required for client service.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed.
• Carry out painting and touch-up work when required.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance tasks: install fixtures, outlets, detectors.
• Maintain exterior by applying sealants and caulking as necessary.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high quality standard.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure the building remains in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed.

Carry out painting and touch-up work when required.

Perform minor electrical maintenance tasks, such as installing light fixtures, replacing outdated electrical outlets, and replacing smoke detectors, as needed.

Maintain the building’s exterior by applying sealants and caulking where necessary.

Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
