Building Front Desk Representative at Shiplake Properties

Join our team as a Building Front Desk Representative at Shiplake Properties, located in midtown, serving our premium residential community.

Hours of Work: Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Job Summary

The concierge desk is the central hub for resident services. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, trades, and prospective residents, you play a vital role in community engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests and residents professionally and courteously, assisting with requests and inquiries.
  • Accept and notify residents of parcel and mail deliveries.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and review footage as needed.
  • Conduct periodic exterior building checks.
  • Assist with resident move-ins, unit inspections, and tours.
  • Help residents book building amenities.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, concierge desk, and mailroom.
  • Collect maintenance requests, rental payments, and resident notices.
  • Log and record resident complaints, prepare, and distribute building notices.
  • Assist the General Manager with emergencies and coordinate resident events.
  • Manage access for trades, including signing out building keys.
  • Organize and manage rental items like dollies, carts, and tools.
  • Respond to noise complaints and resident concerns as needed.
