A leading engineering firm in Chaudière-Appalaches is seeking a Building Electrical Engineer to contribute to projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and hospital sectors. The role involves electrical design, field surveys, compliance with standards, and collaboration with a team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, has at least two years of experience, and is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience.
Valid Driver's license required.
Responsibilities
Participate in the electrical design of the building.
Perform field surveys and layouts.
Produce plans and models using AutoCAD and REVIT software.
Ensure compliance with norms and standards for plans and models.
Conduct site visits and participate in certain stages of work supervision.
Perform calculations and equipment searches under supervision.
Skills
Knowledge of building electrical codes and regulations
Good command of Revit software
Good command of AutoCAD software
Proficiency in French (both oral and written)
Education
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Tools
AGI 32 lighting calculation software
