Job Description :

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaners. As a Commercial Cleaner at IFC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Working Independently: Achieve cleaning goals and maintain the retail space independently, showcasing your dedication and self-motivation.
2. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive cleaning and maintenance objectives are met, fostering a cooperative work environment through online media platforms.
3. Floor Cleaning and Maintenance : Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the overall cleanliness and aesthetics.
4. Facility Cleaning Services : Execute facility cleaning services with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
5. Health and Safety Adherence : Adhere to health and safety protocols diligently, promoting a safe working environment for yourself, clients & customers.
6. Exceptional Service : Provide exceptional service to our clients, upholding our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Training and Support : Previous experience in commercial cleaning is an asset but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training and ongoing comprehensive mentorship and support.

Subcontractor opportunities are also available for those interested in expanding their business with us.

Inspections and KPIs : Meet weekly and monthly inspections and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
