Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) seeks a senior leader to establish and grow a new Transportation Advisory practice across North America. You will deliver strategic transportation and logistics consulting engagements for major clients and shape the service offering and go-to-market strategy.

You will drive business development, build high-performing teams, and travel across North America as needed while working from one of the company offices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in transportation and logistics, particularly within North America.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and the broader transportation technology landscape.
• Consulting experience is preferred, but industry experts will be considered.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a new practice and growing a business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and development of a new Transportation Advisory practice.
• Deliver strategic transportation and logistics consulting engagements for clients.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and winning new projects.
• Advise clients on transportation strategy, carrier selection, network optimization, and TMS solutions.
• Shape the service offering, methodologies, and go-to-market strategy for the practice.
