Job summary

Farrow is seeking a skilled brokerage professional to provide brokerage and logistics services for assigned client accounts. You will act as the primary contact and ensure timely processing of shipments, billing, and documentation.

The role requires 3 years of brokerage experience and a CCS designation in good standing, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage high-volume workflows and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years brokerage experience.
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documentation to determine appropriate tariff classification, duty and tax rate.
• Prepare import and export documents; consult appropriate governmental legislation
• Complete weekly manual billing in adherence to client contract and approve invoices for payment.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel, approving shipments in a timely fashion and resolving any problems / issues that may develop.
• Maintain files, photocopy, fax and distribute information as required
• Perform a variety of other duties as required and as assigned by management
• Resolves client inquiries, including tracking and tracing shipments, billing problems etc and contact client to obtain necessary information.

Position Summary

Education and Experience

• 3 Years brokerage experience
