  • Stay current on evolving features and continuously grow your systems knowledge as the product develops.

Enable clients and partners:

  • Understand client hardware requirements and clearly specify those needs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the technical liaison between clients, partners and internal TGI teams.
  • Train clients and freelance operators on setup, configuration and operational workflows for TGI software and hardware.
About You

You’re a technically capable broadcast operator with a structured, solutions-first mindset. You bring confidence from working in live production environments and you communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply and effectively.
  • Resourceful and calm under pressure - able to troubleshoot quickly in live environments.
  • A positive, “can do” team player who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Flexible and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by live event schedules.
  • Comfortable travelling within North America and internationally, sometimes at short notice.
Qualifications & Experience
