Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary is seeking an energetic Server to join our fast-paced hotel Food & Beverage team. You will accurately enter orders into the POS system, serve guests promptly and maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Requires Alberta Server Pro Serve certification and 1–2 years of high-volume service experience; experience with POS systems is required. Willingness to work varied shifts and attend training sessions is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Alberta Server Pro Serve certification.
• The successful candidate will have experience in a server capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a large-volume foodservice operation; POS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enter food and beverage items into the POS system accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Set and clear tables; maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Balance sales receipts at the end of each shift.
• Attend meetings and training programs when required.
• Adhere to safety and health practices at all times.
