Job description

**Breakfast Attendant Duties:**

1. Preparing breakfast items for guests daily, following Hampton Standards and management instructions.
2. Greeting and serving guests as required.
3. Maintaining accurate records of expected and served guests, and providing this information to management.
4. Monitoring food quality, discarding items when temperatures are outside normal ranges for hot and cold foods.
5. Cleaning the pantry and breakfast area, including wiping tables and work surfaces, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, organizing storage areas, and mopping floors.
6. Properly storing all food items, including labeling expiration and opening dates where applicable.
7. Performing other relevant duties as required.

**Housekeeper Duties:**

1. Making beds and changing linens.
2. Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors as needed.
3. Vacuuming carpets, floors, and furniture.
4. Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
5. Cleaning washrooms, including sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and showers.
6. Wiping down glass surfaces.
