Position Summary
We are looking for a Sheet Metal Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.
The Main Equipment For This Position Is
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC brake presses.
- Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Measure finished parts to make sure they meet requirements.
- Make basic machine adjustments as required.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Complete assigned work safely, accurately, and on time.
- Report equipment problems, quality issues, or production delays.
- Enter production and material information into MSCP's digital systems.
- Properly handle and track materials.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Work with other team members to solve production issues.
- Look for simple ways to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Follow all MSCP safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating CNC sheet metal equipment.
- Experience operating CNC brake presses.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Comfortable using measuring tools and checking finished parts.
- Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is an asset.

- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials safely.
- Able to safely operate manufacturing and material-handling equipment.

- Able to use hand tools, measuring equipment, and machinery.
