Job summary

Living Sky School Division is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Educational Assistant (POD) at Bready Elementary School. The role supports core subjects in small groups and the classroom, helping to promote engagement and success for diverse learners.

You will work with students, staff and families to build strong relationships, provide responsive and engaging instruction, and contribute to a collaborative learning community within Kindergarten to Grade 6. Immediate placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one year of relevant childcare experience.
• Post-secondary certificate in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent would be considered an asset.

This posting is for a Permanent Full-Time (1.0) FTE Educational Assistant (POD) Position with initial placement being at Bready Elementary School and commencing immediately. Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students.The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
