Our Pharmaceutical Retail client is seeking a Brand Project Manager to join their creative agency on a full-time consulting basis. This role involves collaborating globally to deliver corporate brand projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and manage several moderate-scale, high-priority projects.
- Guide and facilitate project teams through the Design project workflow process, ensuring activities are completed for each milestone.
- Provide project status summaries to Design Leadership to keep them informed of portfolio and segment health.
- Support the project team in documenting and archiving project information such as scope, goals, and resource analyses in the portfolio database.
- Build strong relationships with peer groups and key stakeholders within Design and with external partners.
- Share and learn best practices within Design to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain the portfolio management database for data completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze portfolio data to create reports and dashboards for your segment.
- Manage timelines and delivery of Corporate Brand Guidelines, Toolkits, Templates, Creative Assets (icons, illustrations, fonts, colors, DBAs, sonic branding, motion graphics), and Brand Content (photo and video shoots).
- Coordinate timelines and delivery with freelance and agency partners.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Creative Project Management focused on corporate branding.
- Experience with Wrike or other project/workflow management systems (e.g., Monday, Asana, Workfront).
- Experience working with Design/Creative Brand teams managing brand equity, guidelines projects, brand concepts, creative assets, and templates.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience collaborating with global teams.
