Job summary
Champion Petfoods is seeking a Project Manager for a 24-month contract to lead a global brand packaging refresh, guiding end-to-end creative execution from design to market launch. This role coordinates cross-functional teams across marketing, packaging engineering, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and premium packaging aligned with sustainability goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in PM/Business/Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of PM experience in CPG or related industry.
- Proficiency with PM software and artwork management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Brand Packaging Refresh & Creative Execution: manage workflow from design to final execution.
- SKU Portfolio Architecture: update artwork and designs across extensive SKU catalog.
- Material-to-Design Qualification: ensure sustainable materials meet brand aesthetics and regulatory labeling.
- Stage-Gate Governance: lead cross-functional teams through product commercialization.
- Regulatory Roadmap Execution: guide packaging to meet EU PPWR and California SB 54 deadlines.
