Job description

Office address 329 Shipwill Drive, Maple Ontario.

Are you ready to own brands, drive growth, and take your brand marketing career to the next level?

Join Arla Canada’s Marketing team as our Brand Manager – Emerging Brands. This is a unique opportunity for a marketer who is ready to move from supporting brands to owning them, leading some of our most exciting growth opportunities.

You'll have the chance to shape strategy, lead innovation, influence business decisions, and bring campaigns to life while working directly with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and global stakeholders. If you're looking for a role that offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to accelerate your marketing career, this could be your next step.

In this role, you'll own the strategic direction of the Puck brand in Canada while leading the marketing execution agenda for Arla Pro, our Foodservice business.

About The Role
  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies, annual plans, innovation initiatives, and marketing campaigns for the Puck brand in Canada.
  • Own the end-to-end management of key brand initiatives, from identifying consumer and category opportunities through to execution and performance evaluation.
  • Drive growth by translating consumer, category, and market insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Lead the execution of the annual marketing plan for Arla Pro, developing activation programs, customer-facing materials, and go-to-market initiatives that support commercial growth.
  • Manage agency partners and collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Operations, Insights, and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary Canadian marketing contact for global Puck stakeholders.
  • Monitor business performance, marketing effectiveness, competitive activity, and market trends.
  • Manage marketing budgets and investments to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Build compelling business cases and recommendations that influence decisions and support long-term brand growth.
Who Are You?

You're an ambitious marketer who's ready for broader ownership and greater influence. You combine strong analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, enjoy turning insights into action, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You bring a university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5+ years of progressive brand management experience within a leading CPG or FMCG organization. You've played an active role in developing and executing annual brand plans, innovation initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns, and you understand how to connect marketing strategies to business performance. Comfortable working with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, Circana, Kantar, or similar tools, you're able to translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans. Above all, you're highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset that drives you to deliver results.

What Makes You Successful

Success in this role comes from a combination of curiosity, ownership, and a growth mindset. You're ready to take the next step from supporting brands to leading them, combining strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute. You thrive in dynamic environments where priorities evolve, enjoy finding opportunities where others see challenges, and are constantly looking for ways to improve performance. You build strong relationships, influence effectively across teams, and bring the energy, initiative, and accountability needed to drive brands and businesses forward.
