Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role within IT services, technology, or B2B environments.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate implementation of brand guidelines across an organization.
• Experience managing digital marketing channels, particularly LinkedIn and social media, developing marketing collateral, and supporting sales teams with presentations, campaigns, and events.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new brand guidelines and materials developed by an external agency, ensuring consistent use of logos, colours, messaging, and visual identity across departments and channels.
• Develop and execute marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness and support sales initiatives through collateral, presentations, campaigns, and client-facing materials.
• Manage the company's social media presence, including LinkedIn, coordinate website and digital messaging, and represent the brand at trade shows and events.
• Coordinate internal staff events and celebrations, including the annual Christmas party and employee recognition initiatives.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for marketing resources and materials, and organize internal initiatives such as company celebrations and holiday parties.
