Healthy Planet is seeking a Brand & Experience Leader to shape the in-store experience through visual strategy, inventory execution, and leadership of merchandising operations. You will ensure flawless stock presentation, engage store leadership, and create shoppable spaces aligned with our wellness-first mission.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or grocery merchandising experience, with leadership or keyholder experience preferred
• Excellent understanding of visual merchandising principles, retail flow, and customer shopping behavior
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple merchandising projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example
• Proficiency with POS systems, handheld inventory tools, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of floor merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual resets to maximize product visibility and sales
• Receive, process, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against invoices and company standards
• Partner with department leads and Store Management to forecast inventory needs and plan seasonal merchandising
• Monitor backroom organization and optimize storage systems for efficiency and product care
• Identify low-stock, expired, or damaged items, and recommend replenishment or removal actions
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts and restocking practices
• Implement and maintain planograms, promotional signage, and end-cap displays in accordance with company merchandising guidelines
• Create engaging, customer-friendly visual displays that highlight key product features and seasonal trends
• Uphold store appearance and visual standards by ensuring aisles, displays, and fixtures are neat, clean, and fully stocked
• Rotate products regularly to ensure freshness, minimize shrink, and enhance the shopping experience
• Support in-store events and wellness promotions by executing display plans and merchandising zones
• Provide daily guidance and mentorship to team members responsible for merchandising and inventory support
• Coordinate with receiving, grocery, produce, and brand teams to support a cohesive in-store experience
• Act as a point of contact for visual execution and merchandising best practices at the store level
• Participate in store leadership meetings, contributing insights on merchandising performance and process improvement
• Assist customers with product location, stock checks, and general product questions
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work and shopping environment at all times
• Contribute to daily store operations including open/close procedures, promotions setup, and signage compliance
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
• Completion of assigned training modules
• Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
• Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

At Healthy Planet, our Brand & Experience Leader plays a critical role in shaping the in-store experience through thoughtful visual strategy, efficient inventory execution, and a sharp eye for detail. In this role, you will lead merchandising operations, ensure flawless stock presentation, and work closely with store leadership to create visually engaging and shoppable spaces that reflect our wellness-first mission.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong operational execution with creativity and leadership. You’ll inspire your team to maintain organized, customer-ready shelves while supporting store-level strategies to drive sales and optimize the flow of inventory from delivery to display.

The typical hiring range for this position is $22 to $22.50. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skill set, internal equity, and organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Merchandising Strategy

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the shift
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal needs
