Job summary

Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate in Calgary to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer, delivering a best-in-class experience through omni-channel methods.

You will collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and drive loyalty while supporting all store functions. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a passion for retail, ready to work a flexible schedule, and eager to learn tech tools used in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• No current or future sponsorship required to work in Canada.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
