Turtle Island Staffing seeks an experienced Brand & Creative Services leader to oversee brand management, creative development, content creation, and multimedia production in Saskatoon. You will lead a dynamic Creative Services team and collaborate with Marketing, casino operations, and external partners to align initiatives with strategic goals.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality creative outputs that reinforce brand standards, enhance guest experience, and drive marketing effectiveness

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Creative Advertising, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Formal education or professional development in brand strategy, creative direction, design management, or project management is considered an asset.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in creative services, brand management, marketing communications, advertising or related field.
• Experience managing creative services budgets, external production costs, agencies and vendors is considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, execution, and evolution of the brand and creative services to reflect brand standards and support strategic priorities.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Creative Services function to ensure projects are planned, prioritized, and delivered efficiently.
• Lead and develop the Creative Services team with direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Drive creative innovation and improve processes to strengthen brand consistency and guest experience.
• Participate in other projects and activities as required in support of priorities.
