De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited in Calgary seeks a Creative Services Advisor to lead the visual brand and execute creative strategies across media, including advertising, digital platforms, and events. This 6-month contract role requires strong in-house leadership and a track record in brands, design, and communications.

The role involves art direction for photo and video shoots, collaboration with marketing teams, and management of contractors to deliver on-brand visuals and campaigns

Formación

• Graphic Design Degree required with 3–5 years as a creative leader in-house or in an agency.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with art direction for photo and video shoots; ability to lead and mentor diverse contractors (designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, animators).

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the design process and assets for the organization.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications on overall strategy.
• Lead the creative vision and brand identity across all platforms while aligning with brand standards.
• Manage brands, templates, reports, collateral, and style guides.
• Lead contractors/agencies in brand campaigns and asset development.
• Support creative marketing plans across digital, social, print, and signage.
• Create on-brand and creative communications for multiple platforms.
• Maintain relationships with internal clients from coordinator to executive level.
