About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and responsible Team Lead to represent Canadian Club at a series of live events and concerts throughout the summer of 2025. The Team Lead will manage a small team at each activation and ensure the smooth execution of brand promotions and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 2 Brand Ambassadors (BA's) during each show, ensuring smooth operations and team coordination.
Pick up and manage event supplies from the warehouse prior to each show.
Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and teardown in collaboration with the team.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of metrics and event highlights.
Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or tasks that arise during the event.
Represent Canadian Club with enthusiasm and brand knowledge.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer engagement.
Event Schedule
The Team Lead will be required to work all dates listed below, with 11 shows at the Bud Stage (Toronto):
June 12: Dierks Bentley
June 21: Keith Urban
June 24: Mumford & Sons
July 10: Luke Bryan
July 17: Thomas Rhett
July 25: Barenaked Ladies
August 17 & 19: Neil Young
September 6: Alabama Shakes
September 8 & 9: The Lumineers
(Note: Dates subject to confirmation.)
Requirements
Must be available for all event dates listed.
As a TL access to your own personal vehicle is required
Previous experience in event staffing, team leadership, or promotional marketing strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to lift and transport event materials.
Must be outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic about representing a whiskey brand.
Preference will be given to candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
